Venus Bay Hail & Ride Trial Bus Service

Have you always wished there
was a bus service from Koonwarra to Leongatha that links with V-Line - or do you
fancy a day's outing to Venus
Bay?
This facility is now available to us and if we wish it to continue we should use it. The facility will be trialled for 12 months. It will now be possible to take our car in to Leongatha for a service, come home on the bus and return on the bus in the afternoon to pick it up.
A day visiting friends at Tarwin Lower or Venus Bay by bus is now also a possibility.
All you have to do is stand on the route on time and "Hail the Bus Driver".

The Venus Bay ‘Hail & Ride' Trial Bus Service has been funded by a partnership between South Gippsland Transport Connections and the State Government of Victoria- Department of Transport.

This trial service will start on Monday 28th September, 2009. The trial period is for one year.
