The Village of Koonwarra celebrated the season with extended shopping hours to 9:00 pm on 22 Decemebr. Celebratory Christmas treats and drinks were served in all the shops and discounts were on offer for those last minute Christmas gifts. Local residents, shop staff and customers mingled happily to celebrate the spirit of the Christmas season.

The Koonwarra Store extended its staff Christmas Party to include any locals and shoppers who entered the beautiful courtyard at the Store. The atmosphere was special as people mingled in the beautiful garden setting.

Any $20 purchase in the the village earned customers a raffle ticket in a substantial Christmas Hamper and this was won by Jan Bean from Wattlebank. Congratulations Jan!!
